Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BuildByRavi CRM (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. The service

BuildByRavi CRM is a customer-relationship-management platform that lets you manage contacts, deals, leads, sequences, workflows, and related sales activity. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe third-party rights; (c) transmit malware or harmful code; (d) send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications; (e) interfere with the operation of the Service. See our Acceptable Use Policyfor more detail.

5. Subscription, fees & payment

Paid tiers are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

6. Your data

You retain all rights, title, and interest in the data you upload to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your Customer Data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including all source code, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by BuildByRavi or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We will retain your Customer Data for 30 days post-termination to allow export, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9. Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall BuildByRavi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether arising out of your use of the Service or otherwise. Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
