Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid BuildByRavi CRM subscriptions.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
New paid customers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial payment. The request must be made via [email protected] and include your account email and reason for refund.
2. Annual plans
Customers on an annual plan who request a refund after the 14-day window may receive a prorated refund for unused full months, at our discretion. Setup fees and one-time charges are non-refundable.
3. Monthly plans
Monthly plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee window. You may cancel at any time to prevent the next billing cycle.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Add-on usage already consumed (e.g., email sends, AI credits).
- Requests made more than 12 months after the original charge.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add a further 3-5 business days.
6. Disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly.
