Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) supplements our Terms of Service and describes prohibited uses of BuildByRavi CRM (the “Service”).

1. Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to upload, store, send, or process content that:

• Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of privacy.
• Infringes intellectual-property or proprietary rights of others.
• Contains malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code.
• Promotes violence, harassment, hate speech, or self-harm.
• Contains sexual content involving minors.

2. Prohibited activity

You may not:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam), commercial or otherwise, in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, India's DPDP Act, or similar laws.
• Use the Service to phish, deceive, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Use harvested or scraped contact lists without proper consent.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or networks connected to it.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive source code from the Service.
• Sell, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

3. Email-sending standards

If you use the Service to send email, you must:

• Only contact recipients who have consented to receive email from you (opt-in).
• Include a working unsubscribe link in every marketing email.
• Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
• Comply with all applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws.

4. Rate limits & fair use

Each tier has documented rate limits (e.g., emails per day per mailbox, API calls per minute). Exceeding these limits may result in throttling. Abuse of the Service may result in suspension or termination.

5. Reporting abuse

Report violations of this AUP to [email protected]. We investigate every report and may suspend offending accounts pending review.

6. Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund. We reserve the right to remove content that violates this AUP and to cooperate with law enforcement when required.
